Maren's SmartBale Intelligent baler control is one of the key features of the ProPAK 2R265. This advanced technology allows you to save a complete set of parameters for each commodity to be baled, with password protection. This eliminates the need for cheat sheets and enables operators to reconfigure the baler during a material change by simply selecting the new material from a menu.
For added convenience, Maren offers the Optional Smartbale Mobile Remote interface. This feature allows you to monitor and control the operation of your ProPak two ram baler from a portable full-color touch screen, giving you the flexibility to keep tabs on your recycling operation from anywhere, at any time.

Bale separation door facilitates instant material changes and virtually eliminates cross contamination between bales. The door’s transducer positioning allows up to 13” oversized bales to eject without jam, yet closely guides the bale to the tier for tight bales and reduced fall-off.
